Therapy with Larissa is client centered and adheres to an eclectic style drawing upon Narrative based practices with a blend of Somatic and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. No two people are alike and therefore it is important that the approach offered during sessions fits with each person’s individual nature. Sessions with Larissa have been described as warm, supportive and interactive.

We cannot control what happens to us. We can only control how we respond.

The underlying goal of every session is to gain more control over challenges and to be able to move through life in more preferable ways.

Larissa believes it is an honor to collaborate with you in uncovering your own expertise, strengths and desires.
